Our Water Damage Restoration Process
Six connected steps, from your first call through to a written restoration plan.
- 01
Emergency Contact
We collect details about the water source, affected rooms and whether water is still entering the property, then advise on immediate safety steps.
- 02
Property and Moisture Inspection
Moisture meters, visual inspection and thermal imaging where appropriate define the true boundary of the damage.
- 03
Water Extraction
Pumps and extraction units remove standing and absorbed surface water so drying can begin efficiently.
- 04
Drying and Dehumidification
Air movers and dehumidifiers are sized to the space and materials, then monitored with recorded readings.
- 05
Cleaning and Content Restoration
Affected surfaces are cleaned according to the water category, and salvageable belongings are dried and cleaned.
- 06
Final Assessment and Restoration Planning
Readings are verified against unaffected areas and you receive a written restoration plan.
